Some inspectors don’t like being distracted with questions during the inspection.
They just want to go over highlights of the report at the end.
I am the opposite.
I encourage the buyers to follow me, room by room to see
exactly what I am testing.
Please ask questions regarding anything you do not understand.
I explain why and how things work.
We will also discuss;
Repair.
Maintenance.
Hiring a contractor.
Operation of built-in appliances.
Remodeling ideas and room additions.
Safety concerns for children, especially if there is a pool on the property.
After the inspection I am available for phone consultation to advise you or
direct you to the type of contractor needed.
I do not refer you to any specific contractor. My opinions are unbiased.
I do not do any repair work. I may be able to explain how to fix it yourself.
